Malus Honey Highball
Ingredients:
• 1.5 Oz Ampersand Malus
• 0.75 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.75 Oz Honey Syrup
• Soda Water
Method: Build all ingredients in a highball glass with ice, filling soda water and giving a stir to incorporate. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Malus Honey Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
• 2 Oz Ampersand Malus
• 0.25 Oz Honey Syrup
• 3 Dashes Orange Bitters
Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with candied cherry.


Vinea Vieux Carre
Ingredients:
• 1.5 Oz Ampersand Vinea
• 0.75 Oz Sweet Vermouth
• 0.5 Oz Amontillado Sherry
• 0.25 Oz Simple Syrup
• 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• Absinthe Rinse
Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with candied cherry.
